Welcome

The Waltham CitiBus service began in January 2001 and provides hourly service to most locations within Waltham that are not adequately served by the MBTA. Weekday service currently operates to most major employment and shopping areas throughout the city.

What's New

Monday, July 29, 2002: Effective Tuesday, September 3, 2002, Routes 14 and 17 will be modified. Route 14 will leave Waltham Center 10 minutes earlier, at 40 minutes past the hour, and Route 17 will be extended to Riverside MBTA Station. Some other minor schedule changes will take effect as well.

These changes will led to these additional commuting options:

• Service from Riverside MBTA Station to Waltham Center every half hour on Routes 16 and 17
• Direct service from Riverside to Brandeis University on Route 17.
